1. Agreement

This website, arenacentral.asia (the "Site"), is operated by Arena Central Cloud Kitchen Co., Ltd. ("Arena Central", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site

The Site provides information about the Arena Central venue, including its location, opening hours, menus, facilities, promotions and sports programming. We work to keep this information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Hours, fixtures, broadcasts, promotions, menu items and prices may change without notice.

3. Reservations and bookings

Any table reservation or private-event enquiry made through Telegram, phone or email is a request only. A booking is not confirmed until we confirm it directly with you. For reservations and private events we may require a minimum spend, a deposit, a time limit, or cancellation and no-show terms, which we will tell you at the time of booking. Reserved tables are held for a short grace period after the booked time, after which they may be released.

4. Live sports broadcasts

Sports coverage at the venue depends on broadcaster schedules, availability and rights, and on our operational decisions. Any fixture, event or match time shown on the Site may change or become unavailable without notice.

5. Alcohol and age

Alcohol is served at the venue only to persons of the legal drinking age under the laws of Cambodia. We may ask for valid identification and may refuse service at our discretion. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping or harvesting content at scale, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the "Arena Central" name and logo, text, graphics, images, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to Arena Central Cloud Kitchen Co., Ltd. and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, other than briefly for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and relies on third-party services, including Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps, downloadable menu files, sports-data providers used for schedule and countdown features, and content-delivery networks. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena Central Cloud Kitchen Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arena Central Cloud Kitchen Co., Ltd. and its officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Phnom Penh.
